Wallace Partners offers a complete range of Small Business Tax & Advisory services tailored to your unique needs at a fixed price. Tax Returns, Financial Statements, Business Activity Statements, ASIC Compliance, Structuring and more. Many business structures, such as a company, a trust or a self-managed superannuation require financial statements to be prepared at least annually, along with the tax return.
Note: Individuals and trusts in this category pay as advised on their notice of assessment. Final date to add new FBT clients to your client list to ensure they receive the lodgment and payment concessions for their fringe benefits tax returns. Employers who lodge a Superannuation guarantee charge statement - quarterly can choose to offset contributions they paid late to a fund against their super guarantee charge for the quarter.
