Services
What we eat is vital to our health and can help prevent numerous diseases including heart disease, strokes, osteoporosis and cancer. With so much conflicting nutrition advice around, it can be hard to know who and what to believe. Sadly, diets that promise rapid weight loss often lead to weight being regained just as quickly.
Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP) hold a four-year university degree and are allied health professionals who specialise in the clinical delivery of exercises for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries. Exercise Physiologists provide support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteporosis, mental health problems, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease and more.
Hydrotherapy is a fully supervised exercise programme set and supervised by our Exercise Physiologist in specially designed warm water pools. The warm water and weightless effect of being submersed means that even very painful conditions can be exercised effectively. Hydrotherapy offers many benefits to a large variety of people.
Sports Massage alleviates the stress and tension which builds up in the body's soft tissues during physical activity. It is used before and after athletic events to prepare the athlete for peak performance by reducing swelling, muscle tension and fatigue, preventing injuries and promoting flexibility.
Our physiotherapist specialise in identifying and treating the uderlying cause of injuries, We use a comprehensive range of techniques to descrease the likelihood of injury recurring. Your Physiotherapist will communicate with coaches and personal trainers as a part of treatment, which is central to the rehabilitation process.

I am so glad and feel lucky to have found Sydney Physios for my Physiotherapy treatment. My wife and me both are very happy with all treatments we get from our favourite physiotherapist Patricia and we never like to visit any other place.
