DONT REPEAT MY MISTAKE OF USING THIS GUY.
I was asked to pay for Raman's services in advance. For $650 he answered 2 simple accountancy questions and gives you an excel template to fill out and that was all. I was unimpressed by his slow and unprofessional service.
Its a shame, when Bill was there it was a 5 star service.
Fact 1: Was charged $950, refunded only $300 after going through tribunal.
Fact 2: There was no mention that I’d be charged extra for a BLANK custom excel sheet.
Greed appears to be their number one priority, customer satisfaction and service sadly not.
