I'm a resident of Townsville and regularly walk past a development site of Corinthian Constructions. I recently contacted the owner via email to ask that they mow their lawn so I no-longer have to step down from the footpath onto the road to walk past due to the nature-strip being over grown.
Instead of receiving an acknowledgement, I received a phone call from the owner arguging with me about who is responsible for caring for the lawn.
