Grady Homes have been building beautiful single-storey, functional family homes since 1956. Building a new home is a big deal, so you want to build with a company you can trust will look after you. We like to think that'd be us, but don't just take our word for it. When John Grady started building homes way back in 1956, he wanted to be Townsville's builder of choice.

Grady Homes have been Townsville's most recommended builder since 1957, and we're still going strong today! Within Townsville and surrounding suburbs we build in all new estates, acreage lots, sub-divided blocks, and pre-owned blocks of land. The only place we don't build is on elevated hillside blocks.

This is my first ever house that I will own and have been dealing with Julie. She has made everything so simple to understand, always explaining every step in detail to ensure that my wife and I are fully informed. Being my first house, I have a lot of questions, which Julie is only too happy and patient to answer. The entire building experience has been trouble-free, methodical, and thorough since stepping into the show home till receiving my keys. If I was to built ever again, Grady will be my choice. I can only imagine the hard work that goes on behind the scenes to get the job done at a realistic and transparent cost.

First impression WOW!!!
When you walk into any Grady display you are always welcomed by a big smile and helpful staff that personally walk you through their display houses and offer you a cold water. That alone puts Grady Homes ahead of the rest right of the bat. After looking through lots of display homes we walked into a Grady home to be greeted by Ashley a lovely young chap that showed us all though the house and was very friendly and helpful. After chatting about what we were after he started on getting a quote together as nothing was too much trouble. Ashley then suggested we look though

Our experience with Grady Homes has been amazing. What has made the whole journey enjoyable is the relationship we have formed with Julie, she has truly made the process very enjoyable, nothing has been to much trouble for her, she is a true asset to Grady Homes. I also wish to add that the Grady Team makes you feel as a valued client from the staff in the front office, the design team and I must also thank Malia for helping throughout the process of designing our home.
