Honestly my only experience with the work of Intermain is the most impractical office space in which I have ever worked.
No pathways along one axis of the building, glarey lighting which cannot be adjusted, meeting rooms which are freezing cold and transmit all sound to the meeting room adjacent (also a media suite which is just as sound porous next door to these rooms - though 'said to be' sound proofed), constant loud air con noise, desk fit outs with insufficient depth and adjustment for reasonable ergonomics, bathroom fittings broken within week one of the business moving in, widows with air
