AEA Constructions was founded as a construction and design consultancy business in 1990 by the Alexiou Brothers and was incorporated in 1995. During this period we have consistently built luxury bespoke residential homes in Sydney. We have built both new homes and renovated homes, which have included major alterations and additions, with quality finishes and attention to detail.
We are winners multiple building awards over the years. Some of these are MBA NSW "Excellence in Housing Awards" in 2012, 2009, 2006, 2004 & 2002 and HIA Housing Award Winners in 2009 and Finalists in 2009, 2006, 2004, 2003 & 2002. Houses we have built have also won major Royal Australian Institute of Architects Awards.
