I took my daughter last night for dinner, refused entry because we didn't have a reservation. The dining area was not full to capacity and I checked the website before arriving and there are no covid rules to say we have to book a table. The staff member would not accommodate us regardless. I will not be coming back here ever again.

$90 for two medium rare steaks, expected they'd do better than a couple well done rumps for that price. They offered to cook them again, after 45 mins we weren't interested in hanging around for another 45 mins. Awesome pub with views of the harbour, they just need to sort out the chef and then kitchen.

Lots of space but the toilets are filthy, the tables and chairs are putrid. No one’s wiping them. The bar stinks 🤮
The overall cleanliness is pathetic
We ordered a couple of bbq ribs and it was the fattiest ribs I’ve eaten. It was horrible. This place has no standards whatsoever. Even the glasses and the bowls were disgusting. I would never eat here again and I will definitely make this known on social media. Do Not Eat here!

We have been regular patrons of Kawana Waters Hotel for the last several years. Today we ordered a meal at the Bistro and waited an hour until we enquired about our food, as we were under the impression they were busy. The staff admitted to us that they overlooked our order and the kitchen was closed. Although we were provided with a refund, we felt very let down and asked to speak with the manager. We were told they could offer us "no excuses". I informed the manager that a meal voucher should have been offered for future use, but they refused to provide one.

The menu and prices left me a little lost for an affordable choice for lunch or dinner at a different time. Bar prices well over the top too. For a casual pub/ bar atmosphere where you order and collect your own meal from the counter, get cutlery in a little pouch and have to request salt and pepper I'm probably not going to be going back..Sorry to be a downer but it was just not what I was expecting.$26 salad seriously..
