Visit the client's premises to review the culture and take the brief over and above the position description which gives us a performance profile. Depending on the seniority of the position and technical requirements we will use several different means of accessing the best candidates for the job, some of these are; search methodology; database review and search, Google desktop, networking, advertising etc.
