Still waiting to hear back from them. Its been three weeks. They contact you after seeing your profile on linked In and seek. Recommend you for a job. Contact you twice after that with updates and then you never hear from them. When they do contact you they never leave a message. Very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I would like to leave a very positive review for Optimum Consulting Group and especially for Isaac Dufficy, as since the first time we talked, he was extremely professional and friendly. I received great support and advices from him and really could notice his efforts to match my skills with available opportunities.

Met and had an interview with consultant for a job. All went well and she even said there was another company that I might be interested in and would send me the details. She never called back. I followed up and she promised to get back to me 'tomorrow' or 'next Monday', but she never got back to me.
If you're looking for a consulting group, I wouldn't bother with Optimum Consulting Group. In my experience, they are unreliable and untrustworthy.

I have had nothing but a positive and very professional experience with Optimum Consulting. I have been with many other recruitment agencies and by far, Alicia Sumich has made me feel like a valued member of Optimum Consulting, from my first interview until now, 7 months on. We even got a Christmas present!

I dealt with many employment agencies after being made redundant from a long term position and I still remember how bad of an agency this was.
I dealt with a guy called Tim. Went in for an interview. Seemed to go positively. He said he would talk to the company that advertised the role, and also look into other roles I would be suitable for. I got home and immediately emailed my references like I was asked. Days went past and I heard nothing so I phoned and Tim said he hadn't heard anything. Few more days went past so I emailed him. He said he was talking to the company and would get a definite
