Services
Flex was established in 2006 by Scott Smith and has grown to become one of Adelaide's leading rehabilitation clinics, with three practices and the Aged Care and Community arm of the business, Flex Care. Flex was born from the takeover of Southside Manipulative Physiotherapy at Westbourne Park in 2001.
Please note we are currently accepting online bookings for our Flex FIT classes at Norwood, Stirling, Kadina and GLAD, Fab 50+ & EP Classes (Flex Strength, Flex Cardio and Bums & Tums) at Norwood. Flex FIT classes incorporate a range of low impact exercises focussing on breathing, control, strength, balance and core stability.
All of our physiotherapists have a broad range of expertise in the management of a number of conditions including sporting injuries, neck and back pain, headaches, postural dysfunction, arthritis and orthopaedic and spinal surgical rehabilitation. Our specialist physiotherapist services provide expert care for pelvic floor problems and complex shoulder injuries.
Our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists have post-graduate university training to provide expert care for all pelvic floor problems such as urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. We also have state-of-the-art technology with pressure biofeedback and perineal ultrasound to assess the pelvic floor muscles and see them working.
Whether you are recovering from a sports injury, following surgery or after a fall, Flex physiotherapists can tailor a rehabilitation program specific to your needs. Various rehabilitation classes are run in our open gym space including Flex FIT, Mums and Bumps, Fab 50s +, GLA:D program classes.
