Over that time, our team has grown from one physio and a receptionist to 11 staff members including a musculoskeletal physician, exercise physiologist and a remedial massage therapist. We offer one on one appointments in private clinic rooms to ensure you receive confidential care that is tailored to you, as an individual.

This way we can find and treat the source of your pain, not just the symptoms! We are also lucky enough to have access to a gym space and equipment to help develop and monitor an exercise program specific for you.
Services
Each of our treating physios have a background in participating and treating a variety of sports including soccer, oztag, running, dance, netball. We are aware of how crucial is it to return to playing and training as soon as possible. We want to ensure you are able to do this safely and avoid reinjury or a delayed recovery.
These classes are designed to introduce you to the idea of correct postures of your spine and pelvis during the everyday tasks of sitting, standing and moving. You will learn how to stabilise your spine and pelvis by providing awareness on how to activate and strengthen these stabilising muscles. The classes are then progressed to safely increase your activity levels and endurance.
Remedial massage is a systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. It's performed to create favourable conditions for the body to return to normal health after injury.

If a patient has suffered a moderate injury resulting in structural pain and/or loss of function, then remediation is required to reduce or eliminate pain and restore that function.
If you are in private health insurance you normally receive between 35-50% back on initial consults, depending on your level of coverage. You will normally receive between 30-40% back on follow-up consults. If you are a medicare patient you will be bulk billed seeing any of our associate physiotherapists.
If you are paying for the consultation privately, either with or without private health insurance, then you do not require a referral. If you are accessing treatment via Workcover, CTP, DVA or an EPC Medicare plan then you will require a GP referral for your initial consultation. NDIS patients will require appropriate funding in the necessary supports.

I went to connect physio for a shoulder injury. The receptionist Leila was very welcoming and friendly. Monique the Physiotherapist took her time to examine and then offer me options for treatment with expertise. I felt at ease and reassured that I was in the right hands. I couldn't recommend her more and will definitely be coming back til my shoulder is 100%.

First saw David and his staff in August 2016. I was suffering from a very badly bulged disc causing a pinched nerve in my back and sciatica down my leg. (L4/L5 Disk Extrusion causing right sided L5 radiculopathy) I could not sit. Could not put my right leg out in front of me, and could not bend forward. If I was lucky I could get my hands to the middle of my thighs. The sports physician I saw said he was expecting me to be laying on the floor when he came into the exam room. I had already been seeing a different physio for 2 months prior to seeing David with no results. I was sent to see David
