Toby is an evidence based physiotherapist and accredited exercise physiologist in Penrith who has a philosophy firmly entrenched in evidence based practice. This means Toby stays up-to-date with current research and offers these treatments to all his patients.
Toby is the principal physiotherapist at Sydney Muscle & Joint Physio Penrith and is a keen cyclist and runner having completed 10 Ironman triathlons, 24 marathons, the 3 day Velothon cycle event on the Sunshine Coast and is looking to complete the 1200km Paris-Brest-Paris cycle challenge and a 7 day cycle event through the Pyrenees in France.Other accomplishments include summiting Mount Kilimanjaro and Mount Fuji and hiking the Kokoda Trial.
