Close to train station, cafes and shops at Lindfield. The rooms were in need of refurbishment and a good clean. The bathroom had hairs in it and there was thick dust around the edges of furniture and skirting boards. The drapes in the room of another member of our party, were hanging free from the curtain track. Reasonably priced, but would choose another establishment next time.

The staff and room were lovely but we'd accidentally left a bag with food/goodies in the room. Less than two hours after my partner went to pick up the bag and half of it had been eaten by staff. He then received a lecture from a member of staff on how they don't have time or money to worry about lost bags. I understand customers leave things in hotels all the time but they didn't wait very long for us to claim our goods before digging in.

Our first time to Sydney and was a very poor service by this hotel killara inn.Picked up nieces n nephews for a fun night out with then turned out to be a disaster. All we wanted was a place to have a shower, change and off we go. Staff very unprofessional and unpleasant. Asked us to pay more when we only needed one room for 3 when we refused thy asked us to leave. Why should I pay extra for what I don't need and won't use? Rooms where soo dirty, toilets and bathroom stinked and had hair all in bathroom and algae.dust was just everywhere like room was not cleaned for weeks. I have taken this matter

Less than basic. Dirty bathroom, ratty towels, booked for two and not even two mugs or glasses in the room. Definitely only for the most budget business trip. A place to sleep if you don't need service and don't mind it being a bit dirty. Furniture looks like it's from the 70's. Spend a little more and you will get a lot better quality.
