Founded in 2014 this unique concept of Property Styling and Home Staging was conceived from distinct understanding of what drives buyer decision-making. Decor 2 Sell reinvented the singular focus of traditional staging by creating a unique hybrid of Property Styling. These essential sales tools create a powerful combination of visual differentiation, online exposure and industry buzz.
Property Plans, Photos and Video - You can SMS/WhatsApp Plans and Video to our Team Memeber. However, after consultation we will email you a detailed Quote outlining each room for your perusal and acceptance. Once our quote is accepted we will start putting furniture and staging accessories aside from wide variety of furniture and staging accessories in our warehouse ready for delivery and installation.
Partial Property Styling and Home Staging is for owner occupied properties, owners have some good furniture but need new lounge suites or dinning settings or bed etc. Subject to onsite consultation our property stylist will bring missing items. Our team of furniture removalist will remove and unwanted furniture into your garage and replace them with our styling furniture.

They were the only company who actually visited the house before giving me a quote- this made a massive difference about ‘zoning’ the different areas. Sai and her team are the consummate professionals. Not only super competitive pricing, they showed up early and were in and out in less than 2 hours. The place looked amazing and sold in 6 days. I reno professionally and so have used several staging teams - Decor 2 Sell is the best by far.
My advice when you engage Decor 2 Sell is ..... just get out of the way and let Sai weave her magic. You will be stunned as I was.

What an amazing job by such a lovely team. Straight from the get go Sai and Shez were absolutely delightful to deal with, so kind and friendly. Their team was very efficient and the effect was beyond incredible. They transformed our space into a picture perfect home for sale. It photographed beautifully and helped us get over double the expected groups through for our open house and contributed to going from an expected 4 weeks of open houses to multiple offers on the first weekend.
