Devco has a strong focus on workplace health and safety which is evident in the attitude of our workers and formalised through certification with AS/NZS 4801:2001 and the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner both of which are independently certified. Devco will ensure that staff and subcontractors will maintain safe working practices on site, and that all methods of work conform to the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004.
Devco fosters a culture of environmental sustainability including the minimisation or, where possible, the elimination of impacts on the surrounding social and biological environment. Devco has a commitment to effective environmental management on site, demonstrated over a range of projects. A site specific Environmental Plan (EMP) will be developed for this Project in compliance with ISO 14001:2015.

Devco has a documented procedure for Risk Management which is used to outline processes and responsibilities for the identification, communication, management and reporting of potential risks/opportunities requiring consideration on a project. A project specific Risk Management Plan is created and continually reviewed for the life of the project.
