Just a pass.
Just about everything that could go wrong,did go wrong for us. We got a new site manager, then he got the sack, then we got a new site manager. The build ran 3 months long, we got voids where there were no voids on the plan. The electrician was pretty useless (I am told they are no longer working for Omnia) and the after care has been ATTROCIOUS.
The house is lovely. And the initial customer service, along with the price of the home was great... however multiple attempts with phone calls, emails have had no response (they have their money so now don't care). Would have given 5 stars

We received our brand new home and we couldn’t be any happier ! The whole process was exceptional, the high expectation and the quality of work was delivered on point.
What we liked the most about this whole process is the flexibility to have our home fully customized which no big builder will let you do, they’re all very limited and highly priced with any slight change to their floorplan.
Omnia homes is very well priced, no surprises along the way as we were able to see the showroom before we sign the contract so we knew what to expect 100%

Just finished our build with Omnia Homes and we couldn't be happier.
As it was our first home build me and my fiance were nervous and not sure what to expect but our Sales Consultant did a great job explaining all the details and answering all our questions (and there were a lot!)
It only got better once we met and dealt with the Site Manager who was on the ball from day one. Any hiccup got dealt with promptly and we were always kept up to date with what was happening on site.
I've already recommended Omnia Homes to all my work colleagues and family members and a few of them have started building

I highly recommend Omnia Homes for anyone looking to build their home. My husband and I were really happy with the whole process. We are first home buyers and were very pleased to find a company that spent time with us from the beginning and until the very end. The fact that they allowed us to make changes to their design and still worked with us to meet our budget was fantastic.
