We've thought long and hard about how to reward our loyal customers and so we introduce to you: Jessie's Florist VIP. Alternatively, next time you're in store all we need from you is your Name, Contact Number and Email as well as some Very Important Dates in your life. For example, loved ones' birthdays or Anniversaries.
To ensure your gorgeous blooms last as long as possible and continue to look amazing please follow these instructions to take good care of them. Cut the stems. If your flowers are in a bouquet, cut the stems at a 45 degree angle about 2cm from the bottom and place them in fresh tap water. Top up water as needed - you may be surprised how much water flowers use in a day!.

Called this florist for an urgent delivery I needed within an hour or two and Zahra who handled my call was only too happy to help. Very friendly, polite and very understanding of the situation. Zahra went the extra mile to get my order underway quickly and nothing was too much bother for her. Loved the service here and will be using more in the future.

Would give a zero star if the system would let me. Called up to ask if there was a certain type of flower in stock, very rude customer service !!! No wonder this place is always empty when I drive past. Maybe if you speak politely to your customers and show some respect you will make some business. What a joke!
