Fairytale Flowers is a local family owned florist based in Casula. We pride ourselves on quality, value & reliability. Stephanie has over 25 years experience as a florist and is more than happy to help if you require any advice and Andrew delivers all your orders ensuring they arrive on time & in perfect condition.
We do NOT use couriers. Due to the nsw government imposed restrictions, we are only allowed to deliver to the following suburbs. If your suburb is NOT in the drop down box, we can't deliver there. Of course we will be delivering via a contactless method and taking all precautions whilst out and about.

Many florist websites claim to be a local florist but in reality are simply a relay service that take your order, along with part of your purchase price and transfer it to another florist. At Fairytale flowers we guarantee we DO NOT forward any orders on ensuring that you get real value for money. We also do not use couriers, as Andrew delivers all the arrangements himself.

Placed an order for myself and family members for a recent funeral. Andrew was patient and he checked on flower availability to ensure we were able to receive the flowers selected. He gave great advice on a beautiful wreath with a message on a ribbon. Definitely recommend this florist. Personal service. Not dealing with a third party or robotic call centre who have no idea!

First time I purchased flowers from Fairytale Flowers and it certainly won't be the last. The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful. My daughter was thrilled to receive them on her birthday.

Andrew helped facilitate a quick order adjustment without delay, helping to prioritise my flower arrangement as I needed it first thing in the morning. The flowers turned out beautiful for such a great price $89.00 only! The photo doesn’t do it justice. Can’t wait to buy from them again.
Second order - Audrey - received 31/08/2021
Bought another bunch from them - named Audrey! She’s just as gorgeous and they delivered it early despite me not specially requesting it 😍🌸💐 feeling the love!

Fairytale flowers completely exceeded my expectations. The flowers actually looked exactly as presented on their website and the receiver was blown away with how beautiful they were. Today we got the sudden news that our close friend had his mother pass away and so we wanted to get some flowers but had no time to go out and get some from a florist.
I ordered this bouquet online and called to see if it would be able to be delivered before 5pm.
( I called them at 13:20 )
Stephanie on the phone was extremely kind and said that the order will be there before 5pm.
Sure enough it arrived at our apartment at 16:15.
The flowers are extremely fresh and beautifully arranged.
Thank you so much we will look to you again for any special occasions.

The quality of the flowers were appalling. Many of the blooms were discoloured, bruised, wilting, and even had petals missing. I have paid much less for grocery store flowers that were of much higher quality. My order was meant to be a Mother’s Day surprise and it certainly was a very unpleasant surprise to receive such poor quality flowers.
The photos were taken immediately upon receiving the order. I was indisposed and only contacted the owner a few days later. Communication was swift and easy and the owner was quick to refund upon request.
