Very dissatisfied with my stay The cabin floors were dirty. I was not able to sweep as the broom and mop were both filthy The floor of the cupboard the broom and mop was stored had lots of dirty long hair The lounge was also grubby and in need of a good vacuum and clean. It looked to have had dog hair on it The heater in the cabin was not working properly Our first nigh stay was extremely cold. This was reported to staff in the morning of the next day. We were given a small blow heater which was not sufficient to keep us warm. I have come home from my stay with flea bites. I believe that there

Very appealing website however, the park is unkept and in need of repair in many areas. Wifi does not reach into the unpowered sites. Friendly staff. Camp kitchen is grubby, cupboards dirty, unkept and requires structures to be maintained. Not good value for money and definitely is nothing like the photographs shown on their website.

My girlfriend booked a deluxe cabin and we stayed for 3 days, during the time there we noticed numerous people speeding past around the office where the park lacks speed bumps, we have two small children that should be safe when on holiday and walking to and from the playground, so this is completely unacceptable. Installing a few more speed bumps shouldn’t be an issue. Was also very disappointed to see that the mini golf area was taped off and we were not allowed to experience that, as this was one of the main reasons we booked this park and our kids were excited.
