On arrival we were offered 2 complimentary beers which were nice & cold & gratefully received after a full day's travel. Clean spacious room with a comfy mattress, crisp sheets & decent pillows. The bathroom has been upgraded within the past couple of years & was clean & modern. Pressure in the shower was good & water was hot. Very quiet spot for our overnight stay & we'd stay again if travelling through Armidale.

Best postion possible...close to club, information centre that does bus tours which I would recommend.
Coles nearby and so many other eateries close by.
Room clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

2nd time staying here, the receptionist is the nicest young lady so helpful, the rooms are amazing, so clean and comfortable, easy parking right at your door, overall A+ would definitely recommend to put this motel at the top of your list when staying at Armidale . Food within walking distance.

Nice and clean, brand new bathroom. I arrived late and they'd put the heater on for me. Accommodation generally isn't cheap in Armidale, and while this isn't either it's pretty good value coated to the place I stayed previously which whilst it had a nicer ambience didn't really justify the premium price on an amenity basis. Very good basic accommodation.

Very comfortable and clean. We had an issue with our car and the Owners were amazing and allowed us to continue in our room until the issue was resolved. Thank you
