Terrible. We ordered two ottomans from Globe West which arrived full of mold. The replacement ottomans sent arrived covered in mold, again! Refer to my attached photos of what was delivered to us. Disappointing to receive sub-standard furniture from Globe West after two attempts. This shouldn't occur for such a high quality furniture supplier, it certainly shouldn't occur twice.

I can't recommend Globewest enough. I bought some items from them on Friday and they have already been delivered. They were an absolute pleasure to deal with. A lady by the name of Aimee helped me from their outlet store, it took me two days to decide what I wanted to purchase and she was incredibly helpful and patient.
The guys who delivered my furniture were very kind, reliable and friendly too.
Highly recommend.

Beware the poor quality and the lack of support!
We purchased 8 dining chairs 5 years ago, black leather with stainless steel legs and a pressed metal drum. All are faulty!
Everything is out of warranty... I get that but they are both disasters and at $400 per chair, for example, I expected more!
Starting with the chairs...
Several years ago, I… reported that the chairs were rusting. I was told that it was our problem as we lived near the sea. (We don't really!) The only help offered was that we could try rubbing them with light sand paper! No acceptance of any responsibility.
