Great service. I love my furniture (Kitchen Stools) and it was sturdy and looks awesome. Customer service was simply excellent - assisted in the payment process and confirmed delivery details. Item was very well packaged and arrived on time.Customer service is amazing as they do follow ups on their product and customer satisfaction. My Relax House furniture has certainly enhanced the design of our home. I love it!

Relax House have the best customer service. Our chairs once we put them together we realised they had water damage from the warehouse, and Relax House were FANTASTIC with it. Not only did they deliver new ones, but they came fully assembled and assessed for damage and are perfect. Can't recommend them more.

We purchased 6 x Bentwood dining chairs recently and are blown away by their quality and the shipping time. We ordered on a Sunday, they were delivered by courier to the ACT by Tuesday afternoon.
Before the purchase, the chairs were left in our cart and we received a follow up email in case we had any questions. Communication about delivery was great. Will certainly come back.

Brilliant customer service from Sam - friendly, obliging and very pleasant and helpful young lady. We had chosen our stools, borrowed one to try at home and collected our stools from the close by warehouse and had them in our home within an hour! It doesn't get much better than that! Also excellent pickup service from Warehouse.
