POS Receipt Printers enable you to print receipts at the Point of Sale and can be either Thermal or Plain Paper. The most common POS Printers are Thermal Printing which uses head to transfer the image onto the paper using a thermal head. A Dot Matrix Printer takes a plain paper rolls and requires an ink ribbon or cartridge.
The POS Thermal Receipt Printers are super quiet and use heat to transfer the image onto the paper through the terminal print head. You will require thermal paper rolls which have a special coating to allow these printers to operate correctly. We stock major Brand POS Printers including Epson, Star Micronics, Bixolon, Nexa, Citizen and Posiflex so you will be backed by quality and local warranties.
Dot Matrix Receipt Printers are impact printers which use ink ribbons and plain (Bond) paper rolls. They are common used as order printers in kitchens as they can print Single Ply (1Ply), Duplicate (2Ply) & Triplicate (3ply) paper rolls. The reason why they work well in kitchens is because the paper can tolerate higher temperature areas near fryers and heat lamps.
Uber Eats Order & Receipt Printers are Bluetooth (Wireless) and available for setup with either iOS or Android devices. There are two compatible Order printers which include the Star Micronics TSP143IIIBI & Star Micronics TSP654IIBI-24. The TSP143III has an inbuilt Power Supply & the TSP654II has an External Power Supply.
DoorDash Official Order printer are bluetooth and include the Star Micronics TSP143IIIBI & Star Micronics TSP654IIBI-24. These two printers are the only compatible printers available for use with the DoorDash ordering App. Our DoorDash Printers have Australian warranties up to 3 years when you register your product online through the Star Micronics Australia Website.
