I have used Ells Auto Service Centre for the last 5-6 years. Muhammed, and now Andre are very friendly guys, have provided very good service at a reasonable price. I get my pink slip inspections and car service done by them, they explain things and always get prior permission before doing any additional work that needs to be done. I recommend them.

Went to these guys yesterday for a well-overdue service, they were amazing. Jack explained everything that needed to be done over the phone, and was able to get it all done on the same day. Was also able to drop me to work after I dropped my car off which was a huge help. Great service and great work, thanks guys

I went to Ells Auto Service Centre for a pink slip and they explained there was so much wrong with my Ford Focus as I knew there were problems with the car shuddering all the time. I thought my car would be in the workshop for over a week, but to my surprise they fixed everything and made it roadworthy for me in a day. I had the smoothest drive home as Nino promised I would. Just wanted to share my fantastic experience with Ells Motors last week.
Annoyingly got a flat tyre and randomly limped into Ells being the first service station l came to....thinking l could get some air until l got to a repair place. Out came young Andre with a smile! He kindly offered to have a look and on finding a nail had my tyre off, repaired and on again in a flash. Chatting happily as he worked he then charged me nothing! but gave me a voucher towards my next service!
Nothing like efficient service with a smile. I'll definitely go back to Ells for my next service!

I have 3 years experience servicing my car here.
They do a decent job overall, and provided quick pink slip on my first visit.
Year 2 - Front brake pad replacement + lower control arm bush = 1200$
Year 3 - Rear brake pad + (again) lower control arm bush + engine rocker cover = 1500$
I have been generally happy, but I lost my trust when they tried to replace the same front lower control arm bush 2 years in a row for 550$. It is the same part number and 3 hr labor on the invoice.
I paid anyway just to pass my pink slip, but prob would not be going again.
I attached the 2 receipt less than 1

Ells auto mechanic would have to be one of the best mechanics I have ever been to. I went to the one in Carlingford where Nino and Mick really strive for safety and what’s best for the customer. They have just repaired my van which wasn’t in a good condition. I came to the shop when they were full and they managed to fit me in and repair my van… with a quick, professional manner. They helped me a lot and even let me sit in the shop for 2 days as I wasn’t from the area and my van was my space to live in as I was moving up the cost. Nino and Mick were both amazing, showing

I have just had my Nissan X-trail fixed by Niv. My previous mechanic had installed the wrong clutch which had caused major damage. Niv replaced all damaged and broken parts and tested the car extensively before returning it. The car drives like new. I have a physical disability and a reliable car is paramount. The thing I like about this mechanic… (Niv) is he is upfront about what needs fixing. His quotes are accurate and his work is the best I've seen in 32 years of driving. If you want quality service I highly recommend Niv at Ells Auto Carlingford.

The rego was exceedingly critical (to the extent of having all of our windscreen wipers replaced??). They appeared set on squeezing every cent out of us they could and then sent their report to the RTA when we wanted to seek a second opinion.
They even had the nerve to offer us a $200 discount if we paid cash so they could to dodge paying any taxes. Super shifty.
We have since found another mechanic that is willing to work within the perimeters of their report for significantly less money.
