The worst ever you can have. DON’T TRY.
They took my car and they got it back with a lot of petrol has been consumed and the brake pads have zero thickness and they did not mention that in their report which means that they did not even do an inspection and maybe not even an oil change.
Their call center is a disaster. Very bad attitude and waiting time.

I had some problem with my Yaris and called up ServiceMyCar.ae . I did not realize that it would the biggest mistake of my life . They picked up the car and it took them 2 full days just to check the car (not sure if they did it). On the third day they called me up and asked me what was the problem. I mean , cmon. What did they do in the so called “diagnosis”? And when I told them the problem , they promised me with a computer generated report (most probably is Fake) and told me I’d get a quotation. Mufeed, Aayush and the customer care team really try their best to provide prompt support to the customers. They really engage to ensure the problem is solved. On the contrary, the service team doesn’t seem to do a good job with the minor and major service covered in the contract.
My vehicle has a coolant leakage which was not reported during the minor inspection. Despite adding the coolant to the tank, the indicator was showing an alert on coolant level. The mobile service introduced by them doesn’t seem to have the infrastructure to perform the full range of inspection.
Now my biggest dilemma

Will never recommended family and friends to this car service - I went for a basic service and ended up paying 1600 AED, on top of that my car started shaking days after the service.
I took it back, then charged me another 600 AED for diagnosis check and never even resolved the issues.
I now have taken it a recognised garage, where I have had to pay nearly triple in costs to fix the issue as the car is in worse condition then given at the start. Parts that have been changed and paid for, ended up being old and used. (Spark Plugs)
From my recent experience, stay away.

AVOID!! SCAM!! This was one of the worst services experiences I ever had in my life. I ended up paying more than 15K AED in repairs when the car was sent for a minor service. They were not professional I had called multiple times to follow up, not calling back timely. Car came back with more problems that were not existing before. Parts were extremely expensive and take very long to get them (weeks). Do not trust this company and unless you are only changing the oil or something basic do not entertain any request for any extra service. Unreliable on the delivery of the vehicle too. Just too many

This is my second time to use Service My Car. They have had my car for 3 weeks after they managed to somehow make the multimedia screen quit working while trying to troubleshoot my electrical system to "prove to the manufacturer that the battery was bad". So after this disastrous electrical troubleshooting exercise my multimedia screen and Steering Assist are now malfunctioning. Despite my numerous requests, demands and threats, I can not get a supervisor to return my calls. I simply get someone chirping away that they have "elevated" my complaint. Which means, if I ignore you, you will go away

Extremely poor quality service. I did a major service for my car and paid for all the spare parts. But, found out that they have not changed the spark plugs, just cleaned half area of engine top side by lifting the top rubber cover. While doing so, they broke the cover and damaged the locking pin. Raised a complained by calling them on phone and sending emails, but no response at all. Please avoid getting service done by them

It took me a while to rate this but the experience was so appalling, that I just thought you need to consider before using their service.
I sent my car to them last August, with the concern over the noise when I was driving at low speed. They told me that they have identified the issue and performed some checks. Few days later, they called me to tell me that there’s nothing wrong with my car and wanted to charged me about dhs600+. That’s for carrying out the checks, which was supposed to be for the issue. After complaining to their customer service, they charged me dhs467

I booked an oil change and A/C refill for a Range Rover vogue and made it clear several times it was for a diesel car. I was asked to provide the chassis number and number plate which I did and was told to wait at 6pm for their team to arrive and confirmed 2/3 occasions by them diesel car engine oil change is fine.
On arrival he said he did not have the oil for diesel only petrol so I requested they just fix the a/c. He then proceeded to tell me he didn’t have the right tools for this type of ac.
Please make sure you check you can actually offer the services you provide to avoid wasting time
