The principal and founder of Alpass & Associates, Alan Alpass has been in legal practice for over 4 decades. In 1975 Alan was the youngest lawyer admitted to sole practice in Victoria. Alan is highly experienced in litigation, including will and estate disputes, family law, business law, crime and employment law.
Barbara practices in a wide variety of litigious areas including commercial disputes, breach of contract, employment law, debt recovery, motor vehicle property damage, will disputes and applications for assistance for victims of crime. Barbara has expertise in the defence of drink driving and other summary offences, pleas and diversion applications.
Nina has had experience across an array of property related matters ranging from leasing to multi lot property transactions. Since starting a family and moving to the Eastern Suburbs in 2017, Nina has been busy assisting a number of firms on a casual basis in all things conveyancing. Nina is working along side our Solicitors on a wide variety of matters.
Lea is an experienced Law Clerk having worked in various areas of law over the last 30 years, including litigation, property and commercial law. Lea has been with Alpass & Associates since 2006 and now concentrates on drafting wills, powers of attorney and the administration of estates. Clients will benefit from her professional and compassionate nature when dealing with the sensitive issues which surround this area of practice.
Sally helps clients through the process of buying, selling and transferring ownership of a property from start to finish. She offers clients the opportunity to ask questions and provides clear advice concerning clients' conveyancing transactions. Sally takes pride in her work and is a good communicator so as to keep clients well informed as to the progress of their conveyancing transactions.
