This dentist clinic goes above and beyond anywhere else I've ever been. From the receptionists through to the dentists and dental assistants, everyone is so kind, thorough, and genuine. I had four wisdom teeth extracted in one go, and the process was so transparent and smooth that I was shocked by how easy it was, after putting off the procedure for years. It truly does live up to its name of being pain free.
If you're someone who is a bit scared of visiting the dentist or getting that regular check up, I would 100% recommend Painfree Dentistry.

Been going to this dentistry for the past 5 years, it's literally one of the best clinics I've been to, I made all my family visit them. It is a friendly and clean environment with the most lovely and helpful doctors and staff.

Dr Thomas Ramzy is the best. My front teeth were chipped for the last few years and I can't remember the last time I smiled, but after today's appointment I will never stop smiling. Dr Ramzy showed an extraordinary and professional care to my teeth. He took his time to listen to my concerns and to explain the procedure to me. I Cannnot thank him enough. The whole team from the friendly reception staff to the nurses and dentists made my experience so special. Thank you Painfree Dentistry!!

I HATE DENTISTS, the pain the needles the sound of the drill. BUT BOY is this place different from the moment of entry there fantastic reception staff make you feel at ease. There dentists and nurses are AWESOME. So skilled and make you feel so at ease. I needed quite a bit of work after years of neglect. But they fixed each and every problem with finesse. Some rooms even offer your choice of music played during your appointment. I cannot rate or recommend this place higher.

AVOID!!!
Was told it was $210 for a clean and checkup over the phone... When I got my clean done she said the total was $412 and my health cover would only cover $200 of it! I already knew that. They added 4 x… rays for NO REASON! Apparently we need it before the clean!
I go dentist atleast every 4-6 months and my health cover is the heightest and I've never had to pay $412 for a clean!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Lovely and genuine people working here. Ladies at front desk very kind and patient, especially Christina when I made my first appointment, she was very understanding and reassuring. This high level of service continued through to after my appointment . Very clean surgery. Dr Alam and his dental nurses were extremely kind and understanding, given that I would rather give birth than go to the dentist. Dr Alam was extremely patient and took time to put me at ease and explain everything and all costs were given in clear and concise manner. I loved the overhead TV which also put me at ease. The experience I had with painfree dentistry was amazing. I had my wisdom teeth removed the other day and both the staff and dentist were very calm and supportive as I was very anxious about my procedure. The injections I got were “painfree” and throughout the treatment I was told what to expect next. From walking through the front door to walking out at the end I was satisfied by how I was treated and looked after. I 100% would recommend to all my friends and family ☺️.

Caring staff and professional services. Dr Alam has very light hands and I feel at ease when I need to have a filling. I’m usually very nervous but I never feel any pain when I need dental work done. Every experience I’ve had at Painfree over the many years I’ve been visiting has been amazing. Over time I’ve seen quite a few of their doctors and oral health therapists. All of them are not only fantastic at what they do, but are extremely professional, understanding and kind (great at calming nerves too). The reception staff are so helpful and friendly as well. The practice is very up to date in the industry and are always innovating which gives me peace of mind that I’m always receiving top-of-the-line service. Every experience I have had so far has been amazing. The dental and front desk staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming and the overall atmosphere of the practice is great. I would like to thank the team at Painfree Dentistry . My daughter fell and broke her front teeth . We were in a remote area on Saturday night . I contacted them as a matter of urgency through the live chat application available on their web site . I received a response immediately. I was re-assured that it was nothing to worry about .
