Very disappointed and sorry we used this small realestate! Dave did not put in the effort we were expecting, totally unenthusiastic. We had to continually tell him to update price with market and change description in advertising as we didn't think it professional, he was no help whatsoever. To us, it seemed like it was about getting the property off market, and making a sale! From our experience he was working harder for the PURCHASER, failing to disclose important information to us as the vendors that may have given us a better outcome. We wouldn't recommend!
