Metro Counselling was established in 2002 and is dedicated to providing the highest quality services to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients. Over the years our team has grown and we have provided support to thousands of people in need including individuals, couples, families, children, teenagers, businesses and employees.
Ethical standards are important in promoting safe and professional counselling practices. These are important in order that members/registrants deliver a professional level of service that caters for the best interests of their clients, and the public at large. 2. Membership of the ACA commits members to adhere to the ACA Code of Conduct.
There are no waiting lists for appointments at Metro Counselling and genrally appointments can be made within two working days or less in urgent circumstances (subject to your own availability) to ensure you receive the support you need when you need it. A central telephone, booking and payment system is based at our head office and manages all appointments for all our locations, and assists in counsellor selection if required.
Every member of our team, Counsellors and Psychologists have been carefully selected for their demonstrated empathy and interpersonal skills, as well as their ample life experience in order to provide real strategies and tools. Each of these qualities is an essential requirement for building trust and rapport with clients, enabling you to take control of your issues and move forward in a positive way.

Just wanted to rate Metro Counselling and Consultancy Service 5 stars! I personally have regular supervision with Carolyn as a requirement of my ACA Inc. membership. As I am a small business/ wellness retreat owner Carolyn's advice, thoughtful words and listening ear are always on target, very helpful, positive and useful. I very much enjoy our sessions as they give me a chance to thoroughly look at the way I am working to ensure I continue to deliver a high level standard of service to our customers. I have recommended a number of my clients to see Metro Counselling because in my opinion they are the best counsellors in Western Australia.
Carolyn and the team are professional, approachable, knowledgeable and most importantly, extremely effective in assisting individuals, couples, kids, teens, FIFO workers, families all deal with and work through the stresses, pressures and challenges of modern day living.
