Booked for my usual full head of blonde foils. <15 put in; I queried it; told doing a ‘bleed’. No one else knows what that is ¿semi tint! Result: now left with dull brassy hair, sparse coverage. I’m left totally aghast. I look + feel horrible for the first time in 20 yrs

Tried this place for the first time and absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was nice and I didn't feel pressured into awkward conversation, and the hair cut made me feel amazing. I barely even had to explain what I wanted done, the lady hairdresser was so experienced she could tell just by looking at my hair. For the first time I walked out feeling like I actually got the haircut the hairmodels have in the photos. The price was definitely worth it as the hairdresser spent over an hour on my hair and on top of that I got a student discount. They also washed and styled my hair as well, overall great

I am so impressed! I called up at 3pm on a Thursday arvo desperate to get my hair done before my work Christmas party the next day. I had called a few other places and no one could fit me in. Amy was so lovely on the phone and booked me in even though I know they were super busy. I then get to the salon which has an amazingly relaxed vibe and from… the minute I walked in I felt welcome and relaxed! I was wary after several bad experiences with hairdressers. It was so refreshing to go to a salon where the hairdresser knew exactly what I was after and gave me a fabulous result without a lengthy interrogation. The color I ended up with was fantastic and exactly what I had in mind. The staff there are all amazing and the atmosphere is unbelievably relaxing.
