I made an order for a $200 graduation bouquet over the phone and arrived at the store to collect them. The request for orchids were missed causing a delay in our day's schedule as I had to wait up to 30min for the amendment. The haste and sudden influx of customers in the morning resulted in a rushed attempt at the redo. The bouquet was arranged in messily and not wrapped appropriately. Sadly apart from a lopsided arrangement with excessive loose paper on one side, the bottom of stems were also not wrapped properly. Very disappointing that I got flowers for a 21st and died a day after delivery...contacted them on phone and emailed photos and still not heard back...spent $270 and embarrassed that the recipient was so disappointed with the fact that they died..never buying from them again. Really good service, friendly and professional, all done over the phone. The flowers were 'stunning' (in the words of the gift recipient). I am very happy, and will use Vasette again. Can't wait until the shop opens again so I can visit see the beautiful and exotic array of flowers they always have.

My interstate family have used Flowers Vasette for years (more than 20yrs) to send me flowers. But the last bouquet that arrived in Oct 2017 (sic) was absolutely awful: ugly arrangement, awful smell, many flowers dying within a couple of days. I rang the shop to complain and got a disinterested reply. So sad given that I a sentimental attachment to the shop since the late 1990s. This is the first negative online public review I have ever written.

Our wedding flowers were wonderful, stunning and absolutely perfect! It was such a surprise when the bouquets arrived on the day. They were so beautiful! And the flowers for the ceremony and reception were perfect. Katie and the staff were so helpful in providing guidance and helping with organising the flowers. Would very highly recommend Flowers Vasette to everyone.

I’ve been going here for over 10 years. What makes my review more disappointing is that I would have kept coming each week. These guys were my go to. The last 3 times I’ve purchased flowers they’ve died within a day. Including Mother’s Day. Disgusting. They charge three times the RRP for flowers and yet they’re selling cr@p. Don’t spend your hard earned money here.

Fast early delivery, I ordered over the phone yesterday (a Monday) after inquiring on Friday about a custom order. They did an amazing job and had such lovely customer service. He (receiver of flowers) absolutely adored them. They were reasonably priced and the greenery is so elegant. Will most certainly be ordering from here again.

Received yellow roses from Flowers Vasette today - they are beautiful, lovely quality - strong & fresh - & presented really well - wrapped very elegantly & unusually, but very appreciated, the stems were fully trimmed at the bottoms (thorns & leaves cleaned away) so no trimming at home was required - was able to drop straight into vase. Thank you!

We couldn't have been happier with the 18 buttonholes, corsages and wrist corsages we ordered for our bridal party and immediate family over the weekend to wear at our wedding.
