Five stars. Flowers were beautiful and were even delivered a day early after a request before they had even opened. Lovely staff indulged a silly in-joke message too on a wonderful card. Gave recipient a much needed boost on her birthday weekend. Thank you Pash: highly recommended A+ 10/10 Five Stars.

Arranged some flowers for a friend to be delivered. Told them I was leaving for overseas the next day so needed this sorted before I left. Gave them my friends phone number so they could call prior to delivery. The next day they call my while I'm overseas at 9.30 (Melbourne time) to tell me that they can't get a hold of my friend. They leave a voicemail and so I have to call them back at international rates. I have no idea what they want me to do about the fact they can't get in touch with my friend - I don't have any magical method of contacting her and it was only 9.30am they
