Fabulous service by Ruby and absolutely stunning arrangement - I was shown a picture of the final blooms and asked if I were happy for them to be delivered first! (to a new mum!) - Shady Hill have excelled in customer service and product and I would defintely use them again - Five stars !

WORST florists ever.
Completely RUINED our mothers day. Especially during isolation/quarantine where flowers is the best I can do for my mother.
Ordered online, input delivery date as mothers day (today), with delivery scheduled for 'a.m.'.
Received confirmation email.
It is now 2:30pm, with no delivery.
I assumed the delivery had been delayed due to being busy, so I sent 2 emails following up my order just to confirm they will still be delivered at some point today, so i could make alternative arrangements if they couldnt.
I have called the store 4 times today also requesting an update.

Great arrangement was made for me today. There was not a large range of ready made bouquets but the lady that served me was happy to make me one. The lady was friendly and courteous. Very helpful and great service. Prices for some items were a little high but the arrangement I purchased was reasonable

Beautiful, fresh flowers and fantastic service. I brought a box full of vases from home and asked for them to be filled with native arrangements for my engagement party. Ruby was so helpful, we negotiated a great price, and the flowers were gorgeous!

Beautiful flowers and very attentive to our needs. The owner Ruby knows the flowers very well and helped me in making decision. The buttonhole and bouquet were adding colour to our photos. Will definitely come back for any other flower arrangements!
