Always have a bad experience, rude receptionists and doctors who don’t listen to you. Booked an appointment, got a negative covid result the morning off but they asked me wait in my car outside the clinic and they would call me when I could come in. Thirty minutes past my appointment I called reception and they said doctor was late, another thirty I called again they just told me they would call me when doctor was ready. An hour and a half past my appointment I was still waiting, I called again it was obvious they had forgotten I was waiting but they said they would call. Two hours and twenty

The Stuart park clinic is a joke. Almost all the GPs are all judgmental, stuck up pigs. Do better.

Congratulatuons on being the most incompetent, ill informed and worst run practice in the NT. This place has no idea how to treat or look after veterans and their families and is not willing to learn either. I would avoid this practrice at all costs.

The reception staff have a digusting attitude towards the patient. Special mention to Ashi and Sheila for the rudeness that they approach their jobs and patients with. Good luck if you need anything from this lot. The whole centre is built around Medicare swipes , they don't care about you.

Never book an appointment with Dr Hitti Bakshi
She assumed I had covid due to having a fever and didn’t check my temperature or vitals.
I ended up going to hospital for extreme hyperemesis from my pregnancy straight after my visit with Dr Bakshi
Dr Bakshi, talks over her patients is dismissive and has no empathy or care
Don’t bother making a complaint through Top End Medical management.
I’d recommend going straight to APRHA

Nurse and doctor generally good
But front staff is a bit rude.. Let patient wait for them while they busy talking each other early in the morning at 9am
Have to wait couple minutes watching them talking, giggling and print out the receipt and they seat 4 of them together in front service in health care??? 🤔🤔

One of the worst phone consultations of my life. The doctor doesn't care, the receptionists are rude, and they don't send prescriptons and certificates on time.

Had appointments with two different doctors on three different occasions. Both doctors were very abrupt and rude, I had one condition misdiagnosed which sent me down a rabbit hole of incorrect treatment and ongoing pain and infection for 6 weeks before I went to a different service all together & the problem was fixed in 10 days. No bedside manners at all, very unhappy.

I went to Top End Medical Stuart Park this morning for my Astra Zeneca vaccination. Was treated as the Invisible One. The Old Unwanted Patient. The One Who Is Not Respected. The patient after me was provided with information about accessing an eHealth certificate. Was this offered to me? No, I was apparently invisible and the nurses could not be bothered. They just hoped I would disappear. When I requested information, I was not treated politely at all. Very upset as a result, and that caused a medical episode. I spoke to the practice manager who was really kind and polite towards me. Those lazy

I visited Dr Karl for work compensation and another problem he previously treated me. As he was doing the paper work, I informed him that the I still experience the previous problem. I was told that he'd only do my work compensation today and I need to book an appointment another day for him to treat my problem. This implicates that making more money for the clinic is more important than a patient's wellbeing which makes me quite disappointed.

Worst place. After reading all these reviews, I used to go there. At first, the receptionist, lady LINDA doesn't know the difference between a Medical Statement and a Medical Certificate. I explained to her, but she refused to listen to me. I was shocked by her unprofessional and rude behavior. Secondly, Dr Sofia Mir, I usually do my check-ups with her, but today, she had no idea what I went there for. She refused to take the appointment and change it to the next day. After an hour later, they called me and cancelled the appointment. It is seriously disheartening and sad to see doctors don't care
