Services
Dave has over 30 years' experience as a physiotherapist and strength and conditioning coach. Following his graduation from the University of Sydney in 1993 he worked in the areas of private practice, occupational health and strength and conditioning. He is highly skilled in the training and conditioning of athletes and also assisting them to remain injury free.
Margy Galloway is a sports scientist with over 25 years' experience in high performance sport, specialising in the areas of biomechanics and exercise physiology. She is also a business partner in the Rathmines Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre. She has previously worked at both the NSW Institute of Sport and the Australian Institute of Sport where she was the Manager of the Biomechanics Department.
Sarah joined the team at Rathmines Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Centre after graduating with First Class Honours from The University of Newcastle in 2016. Since then Sarah has gained experience with local and representative sporting teams including Westlakes Netball Association and the NBA Global Academy.
During her studies, Bec worked as a Physiotherapy Assistant for 3 years at a Sport and Spinal Physiotherapy Clinic and ran Pilates classes. She also worked with the Junior Jets Football Club for 3 years, various local clubs for soccer and AFL for 3 years on the weekends, did her last University placement with the 16s and 18s Newcastle Knights Rugby for the season.
Tristan Chappell graduated with a Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2016 and began working for Rathmines Physiotherapy in late 2019. Since graduating Tristan has worked with several national level NRL teams, including the Newcastle Knights, Manly Sea Eagles and the Indigenous All-stars. Tristan has a keen interest in Biomechanics and the relationship between the various muscles in the human body.
