They ensure we are always going to be safe, online and do proactive testing and upgrades that are ran after business hours to ensure we have no down-time during normal business operating hours. I find it painfully ironic when a company's name does nothing it says. The name implies that they offer quick IT support to businesses in Melbourne. I have a business, that needed a quick fix to a basic IT problem and we are in the same suburb!
Spoke to Manny this morning and explained the issue. Simply to add another user to an existing network via a network cable. He said they can do it and he will call me back soon with a time. 2 Hours later I followed up, he said someone is coming and they will be there by mid day. No call back, and of course no-one came so by 2pm I called and said we are
