Boxtech partners with ESET (Essential Security against Evolving Threats) the premiere enterprise antivirus vendor, Cybersecure specialised secure healthcare cloud backup services, Sophos cybersecurity and Datto security, backups and IT tools to ensure we can provide the most secure and reliable backups and security possible.
As cloud solutions become the new norm for businesses across Australia, Boxtech has partnered with Microsoft Azure to build a state-of-the-art cloud system to provide secure, private, low cost, localised Australian storage for sensitive data. Combined with a cutting-edge backup system, our private/hybrid cloud runs on dedicated high-speed Internet connections, ensuring your data or apps are always available and responsive.
Boxtech goes further than just daily IT problems. By monitoring systems and networks across the client's organisation, we are always working in the background to ensure that computer systems are running perfectly; fixing potential problems before you, the client, even know about them. It is usual for our customers to not even be aware of IT maintenance or problems averted by our team.
The construction, industrial/commercial sectors pose unique technology challenges. We have been a cloud customer of Boxtech for 5 years. Over this time we have found their team resourceful and reliable. Their cloud service has allowed us to run specialised strata management software online, giving us round the clock access to manage millions of dollars of property across Melbourne. Awesome service. After not having internet our server for two days after an office refit (and also after talking to two other support networks) Jason came in and everything was up and running within an hour. Not only that, we now have an automatic back up of all of our files (which we thought was already operational). A huge relief, thanks for the work.
