Absolutely, we have an in-house designer who will develop your plans from scratch, making sure that you are completely involved and your ideas and needs are fully incorporated. Do I have a choice regarding electrical appliances and plumbing fixtures?

Apart from one builder i would not use these people it's taken five weeks to install automatic door, unorganized, and it seem they are happy to leave the job unfinished, I'm sure if the boss had this done at his house he jumping up and down, but because I have a terminal illness it's alright to leave me with substandard work and over charged

Not recommended at all. I moved into my house almost a year ago, and there is an issue which I am still chasing them up to fix. Everything must be written on paper otherwise they easily deny any verbal agreements. Their Foreman who manages the projects in Midway Point is awesome. He is a really helpful and nice person. If you haven't signed your contract yet then I think it is worth revising it.
