I been with this Apartment system for 5 years they have been really good to me I called them they respond and come out if you need anything done. During the pandemic I lost my job and Monique was there helping me along the way sending me places to apply for jobs and grants. They have been nothing but good to me. Any problem I've had Monique always makes sure it gets handled if not the same day the very next day. Even changing my kitchen light bulb that I couldn't reach she immediately sent maintenance to change it. Monique and Roman always been a great help to me and for that I'm grateful. I highly

Urban Alternative has been very helpful with me and my search for the perfect apartment for my son and I. The application process was very thorough and quick for me. Monique was/is very attentive and so is Ayesha. Response time with maintenance is almost immediately! I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for an apartment.
