Horrible quality, had two chairs break within 6 months of buying them after having owned them for only 12-18 months. The first chair they refunded but refuse to refund the 2nd as it's out of warranty. A chair should last longer than 18 months.
The standard reply is "let me pass this onto my superiors/supplier/higher ups, and we'll get back to you'.
Avoid them, stuff looks nice but isn't built to last. 2 stars only because it looks nice, other than that no where near what you pay for it. Way better options out there with better quality and customer service.

Frustrating experience buying my chairs when it took 3 trips to Southport to finally assemble them. A lack of screws and bolts ( none at all ) meant a return trip and then another trip back after receiving them to find the pack short on the number required.
Cameron at the store was at all times pleasant and apologetic but this was a frustrating and time wasting experience.
