We have had such a disappointing experience, our furniture after 6 months was stained, pale and rusted.
They replaced the 8 seater dining and now refuse to replace the rest unless we pay for recoating.
The Director Warren applied CLR to existing lounge and this made it worse.
We are not spending any more money on furniture not suitable for QLD elements.
The Manager tells us it is from our brick wall ! Elements in the air.
This furniture is not for outside use, we spent $5,000.00 for useless furniture.
So disappointed.
Don't fall for the same trap, stay away from this company.
