After 30 years as a corporate executive I was all too aware of and challenged by the constant expectation to outperform and succeed, and the fear of failure that led to stress and anxiety. For many of us, there are times in our lives when we get that sinking feeling that something is not right. Such moments or periods often follow major life events, such as grieving for a loved one, the break-up of a relationship, moving countries, facing health issues or even children leaving home and retirement.

Dipak is a highly intelligent and empathetic human that allows him to be a fantastic Psychotherapist. I have been blown away with his ability to engage completely with me in our sessions, despite them being online. He is switched on and right there with me through our sessions and beyond. Dipak has been a very useful and important person to enter my life, as tool that I have used to explore and understand myself better. Dipak has supported me in a very empathetic and non-jugmental manner, we are able to discuss a wide range of topics. Importantly (for me) Dipak is able to push me to dig deeper and provide more information when needed. I highly recommend his services
