Services
The heritage site corners Stirling Highway and Meriwa Street in Nedlands. While initially built in the late 1920's as a shopfront and rear residence, it has had several renovations during its lifetime, including a pharmacy, liquor store, golf store and finally a wind surf shop and GP clinic. The latter presented itself as disjointed building.
