A dull, dark and dingy 1980s retirement villa is transformed into a new, light, bright and sophisticated home. Contemporary bold styling and innovative ideas meet a soft and relaxing palette of materials. Large operable doors and windows are added to fill the space with views, natural light and ventilation, and allow internal spaces connect with external living spaces and landscape.
The well established and highly regarded Physiotherapy clinic has now expanded and opened a new space in Claremont. The brief consisted of increasing the number of consulting rooms and spaces for a continual expansion of services. Although this new converted warehouse space is almost 4 times the size of their last clinic, the directors wanted to maintain the light, bright and inviting living room feel of their last reception area.

Phin from Gantier Architecture designed our house renovation and we could not be happier! Using his architectural skills, he re-designed the internal layout to maximise the potential of the house. Now we get sunlight where I didn't think was possible. Our galley kitchen now overlooks the garden with ideal functionality and beautiful cabinetry and bench top finishes and the resort style bathroom is now my favourite room in the house. Such a transformation!

We used Gantier for a small warehouse project in Malaga involving an internal wall and fit out for a local WA charity project. Our organisation was happy with the various options presented and received excellent communication. The final product served us well and met our needs after these were clearly listened to and acknowledged throughout the process.

Phin designed the most comfortable and perfect solar passive house we could ever imagine with the bonus of massive Northern light in the main living areas, fabulous natural surfaces and all on one level so we would never have to move again. It had lots of current and future technology built in with all the services easily accessible in ducts. All this fabulous functionality and a stunning exterior and interior look as well. Unfortunately someone else thought likewise and we had an offer we couldn't refuse although not for sale at the time. We are now just waiting for the right time to do it all
