When Kate Sice began to daydream about opening another flower shop, her vision was to supply Hobart with stylish, simple flowers, beautifully presented with a classic edge. Kate has over 25 years experience in the flower industry, owning and operating flower shops in Western Australia and Tasmania within this time.
After a few years working in hospitality & event co ordination her passion for flowers and all things botanical could no longer be hidden. Botanical's seed was firmly planted in 2014 when the shop front Kate had longed for became available. Within a space of three days, the little rundown shop, with the most gorgeous pressed tin ceiling, was hers.

Move forward 4 years and Botanical has grown to include a wonderful spacious HQ located in the neighbouring suburb of West Hobart. Botanical's new HQ is also the home to beautiful gifts, indoor plants and oodles of pots. Encompassing all things Botanical; a place to create and discover. Kate Sice is the creative soul behind the name and will be your personal guide throughout each workshop.

I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful flowers and balloon my daughter gave to me today for my birthday 😊 they are so beautiful I love them my daughter said the whole shop was full of beautiful things as well as flowers and she received excellent customer service so we will be back and the flowers looked beautiful in my workplace today but now going home with me 😊

Super quick delivery service and gorgeous fresh flowers! I live in Sydney & needed flowers delivered to a friend in Hobart about to go through cancer treatment and the website was super easy to use and in over an hour the flowers were delivered to my friend. It’s made her day & I’m so happy with the gorgeous bouquet & the super quick service.

I order some flowers for my partner last week for our 10th year anniversary and she absolutely loved it. She thinks it’s the most beautiful bouquet she’s ever received and that says a lot. Flowers were delivered to her workplace and card with my message was handwritten with care. Very happy with the flowers, thanks Kate - beautiful work

Flowers are stunning but every time I have entered the Hobart store over the years, I don't receive any assistance or even a smile. I am always made feel like I am a nuisance even if I am the only one in the store. I now order online so that I don't have to go anywhere near the store. Customer service needs to be improved.

Whilst the digital marketing is well executed, the product and service is far from. As both the sender and recipient, I have encountered flowers of poor quality (do not last and often browning) strategically hidden among a mountain of paper and ribbon, and rude staff; with who i assume to be the owner, as the worst culprit.
It is also hugely disappointing and offensive to see a business strip bare public, and possibly privately owned, vegetation and describe it as 'foraging' for resale.
