We also manufacture multi-stage cylinders, again in double acting, single acting and displacement type. When manufacturing multi-stage cylinders, the number of stages we are able to produce is limited only by the physical confines of the cylinder requirement. Cylinder designs include welded and screwed type, welded and bolted, fully bolted or tie rod or can take the form of your drawing entirely.

As well as being the sole Australian holder of the Germanischer Lloyd welding shop approval, we have American Bureau of Shipping Type Approval on several designs of heavy duty Ride Control System actuators, and recently successfully completed our Manufacturing Assessment Certification.

Ezy-Fit Hydraulics Pty Ltd was formed in 1993 as a partnership between current owner and Managing Director Terry Kerin and Steve Grbovac. With our extensive experience in the hydraulic cylinder manufacturing industry and from humble beginnings in the north of Adelaide, the current factory is located on its 1.2 hectare site in Salisbury covering over 3,400sqm of factory space with a workforce of 65 employees in SA.
Ezy-Fit Hydraulics and Ezy-Fit Marine has been assessed and approved to BS EN ISO 9001:2008. The Quality Management System complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 for the accompanying scope :- The manufacture and repair of Hydraulic Cylinders and the manufacture of components. It's our mission is to ensure products are designed and manufactured to the highest quality to ensure our customers' expectations are achieved and exceeded.
