Myotherapy is a form of physical therapy used to treat or prevent soft tissue pain and restricted joint movement. It involves comprehensive assessment, treatment & preventative management using deep tissue massage, Dry Needling & corrective exercise. Immediate & effective relief of pain referral & muscular tension by the insertion of fine acupuncture needles into active trigger points.

Thanks to the team at Healthwise who continue to provide an amazing service through this really challenging period. I am 30 weeks pregnant and coronavirus or not, was in great need of some remedial massage for my very sore hips.
I had absolutely no concern going in for a massage as I knew I was in the best, professional care in an extremely hygienic environment.
