Dodgy. Arrived on time for my 2pm appointment to a strange bare waiting room with no greeting. The guy came out ten minutes later. It's a single person show and he was running over an hour late. He seems as confused as the other long-waiting customers. The 'office' was sparse and clearly running several businesses. Very different from the promised service. Seems like the franchise has poor quality control. I said thanks but no thanks and walked back out.

Never again! Paid $100 for tax return 10 days ago, it still hasn’t been lodged. The accountant can barely speak English, can’t spell properly. It took him 30 minutes to find the occupation code so that he charged me extra. Called the office 3 times, they promise to arrange their manager to call me back however no one contacted me yet. What a joke! Just want my money back 🤬

I had an appointment on a Saturday and the accountant failed to show up to the branch. I am glad that happened as they are extremely unreliable and overpriced. It is understandable and clear to see they are hungry for money because having a gut as big as the owner does must cost a lot to maintain. Unreliable immigrants
