We have been clients for a few years now, along with most of my husbands colleagues. I called to discuss a recent return today. After trying to fob me off and send messages through the receptionist, the accountant finally talked with me. Unfortunately there was no great desire to provide assistance which has resulted in an very substantial liability for me. My so called professional accountant believes she was unaware of some of our circumstances which is absolutely rubbish considering it’s the only reason they lodge a return for me.
I would not recommend this company in the future.

I've been seeing Danielle and her team for years now and would not change it for the world. They go above and beyond to provide the best outcome for the customer and nothing seems to be too much work.
